Meet the Team

  • Founder

With over 11 years behind the chair, I’m the proud owner of Reef&Co, a shop built on good vibes, great cuts, and even better conversations. My goal has always been to create a space where everyone feels at home—whether you’re here for a fresh fade, a sharp beard lineup, or just a solid chat.

Barbering isn’t just about the haircut; it’s about the connection. I love meeting new people, hearing their stories, and having those random, interesting conversations that make the job so rewarding.

Outside the shop, I’m all about family and, well… more barbering. It’s what I love, and I bring that passion into every cut.

  • Senior Stylist

Been in the industry 14 years. I like watching camel racing and have a passion for cars and motorsports.

Love my job which I don’t see as a job at all.

  • Senior Stylist

I have been in the industry since starting my apprenticeship in 2017.

A fun fact about me is that I ran backward from Manchester to Madrid. I love my job because of the relationships I build with clients, both in and outside of the shop.

  • Stylist

I have been in the industry since 2021.

I enjoy cutting hair because it allows me to meet people from all different backgrounds. One of my favorite things about barbering is the barbershop setting—the banter between the clients and the lads. I also love being able to help people feel good about their appearance through their hair.
